Last Friday night marked Denver singer-songwriter Nathaniel Rateliff’s first time headlining the Ogden Theater, but hopefully not the last. He played “nothing but hits” to a packed house for his 9th annual holiday show.
Throughout the night he performed alongside an all-star line up, which eventually grew to include soul/R&B group The Night Sweats backing him up with a boisterous section that took the night to the next level.
Before Nathaniel took the stage, MC comedian Ben Kronberg and Denver band Ark life whipped up the crowd, with the latter warning this would be their last show “for a while.”
Frontman Jesse Elliott stated they’d be going into creative hibernation, so they were blowing it out at what would be their last show for some time. If you missed the show or are already looking to relive it, you can always check in with our recent CPR Performance Studio sessions with Ark Life and Nathaniel Rateliff & the Night Sweats.
