And while I’m loving "No Cities to Love," the new release from Sleater-Kinney, and looking forward to new music from Sufjan Stevens this March, I can’t help but think of those artists' important previous works that are celebrating a major milestone anniversary this year. The previous album from Sleater-Kinney, "The Woods," came out in 2005 and Sufjan’s ode to "Illinois" is also hitting it’s 10th birthday in 2015.
I always have my eye on what’s new, but I find that nostalgia is just as fun as anticipation. So let’s look back at some of the best albums that are celebrating their first double digit birthdays this year!
