In the 2024 election, Jeff Crank is the Republican candidate for Colorado's Fifth Congressional District.

He's interviewed by CPR News' Dan Boyce on this episode of the Who's Gonna Govern? podcast.

Crank ran against longtime Congressman Doug Lamborn in two Republican primary elections in the 2000s. Now that Lamborn is retiring, Crank is the party's nominee, and he faces Democrat River Gassen in a race to represent the district that includes Colorado Springs.

Crank has been a radio host and political consultant, and worked for the conservative political group Americans for Prosperity.
